Offer Agent provides AI-assisted tools for resume analysis, job-description matching, tailored application materials, application tracking, and interview preparation. The service is intended for job-search productivity and career preparation.

No Guarantee of Employment

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, salary results, immigration outcomes, or the accuracy of employer decisions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid uploading content you do not have permission to process. You must not use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful materials.

AI Output

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, omissions, or suggestions that are not suitable for your circumstances. You must independently review and edit outputs before submitting them to employers or third parties.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Paid Plans

Paid plans, limits, and prices are described on the pricing page. When production billing is enabled, payments are processed by Paddle. Taxes may be added depending on your location. Access to paid features may be limited by quota, abuse controls, or technical availability.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the service, software, design, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your resume, job-search content, and materials you provide. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated outputs for your personal job search.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use the product unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, or employment outcomes.
