This Privacy Policy explains how Offer Agent collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our AI-assisted job search tools.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and profile image. We also collect content you choose to upload or enter, including resumes, job descriptions, application notes, generated materials, and interview practice answers.

We collect usage information such as plan, quota usage, application status, timestamps, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide resume analysis, job-fit reports, tailored application materials, interview preparation, account management, billing, abuse prevention, and customer support.

AI Processing

When you run an AI feature, relevant resume text, job descriptions, and your prompts may be sent to third-party AI model providers so they can generate the requested output. We do not intentionally sell your resume or job-search content.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated materials before using them.

Payments

When paid billing is enabled, payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may collect payment details, billing address, tax information, and fraud-prevention information under its own policies. We do not store full card numbers.

Data Retention

We keep account and application data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion from the account menu. Some minimal transaction, security, or compliance records may be retained where required.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run authentication, hosting, database, AI processing, email, payments, analytics, security, and support. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No internet service is completely secure, so you should avoid uploading information that you do not want processed by an online AI service.

Your Choices

You can update or delete application data in the product where supported. You can export or delete your account from the account menu. You may contact us for privacy requests.
