Refund Policy

We want Offer Agent to be clear and fair. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for paid plans when production billing is enabled.
Free Plan
The Free plan costs $0 and is not eligible for refund because no payment is collected.
Monthly Subscription
For monthly Pro subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied and have not used the service heavily. Approved refunds cancel paid access for the refunded period.
One-Time Job Sprint
For one-time Job Sprint purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the package has not been substantially used. We may decline refund requests where most included reports or materials have already been generated.
Renewals and Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or approved under this policy.
Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle when production billing is enabled. Refunds may be processed through Paddle and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment method and bank.
How to Request a Refund
Email w1936812943@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, plan, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
