Refund Policy

1. General rule

Except where required by law or expressly stated in this Policy or our Terms, fees and issued credits are non-refundable, including mid-period cancellations (no proration).

2. Failed generations and billing errors

If a generation fails after credits were charged, we typically restore those credits to the buckets that were charged, as implemented in the product.

We will fix duplicate charges caused by our error. If payment succeeds but credits are not delivered due to our failure, we will re-issue credits or refund the affected payment at your request.

3. Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers in the EU/UK/EEA may have a statutory withdrawal right. Where applicable, the value of credits already consumed is not refundable under that right.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email and include your order or payment ID. We aim to respond within a few business days.

We may deny refund requests that appear abusive (multiple accounts, repeated refund patterns, or activity inconsistent with good-faith use).
