1. Service and operator
OFR AI provides unified access to third-party AI models, conversation history, media generation, and usage billing. The merchant entity, tax information, and payment receipt details are those shown in the Creem checkout. Contact: support@ofrai.xyz.
2. Account security
You must provide valid information and keep your account secure. You may not share or sell an account, use automated attacks, bypass credit billing, or interfere with the service. If we detect unusual use, we may temporarily restrict the account and notify you.
3. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and is not legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice. You must verify output before using or publishing it and ensure that your inputs and use do not infringe the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions and credits
- Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew on the cycle shown at checkout until canceled.
- The introductory offer applies only to the first eligible monthly order. Renewals are charged at the standard price.
- Plan credits are issued according to the rules shown on the service. Annual plans issue credits monthly rather than granting the full annual allowance at once.
- Credit add-ons are available only to active members. Refunds or chargebacks may result in credit reversals or a negative balance.
5. Cancellation and changes
You can cancel automatic renewal in the Plans area. A standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and remaining benefits stay available until then. Model availability, costs, and credit rates may change when providers change. We will give advance notice of material changes that affect paid benefits.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate or distribute illegal content, malware, fraudulent material, or infringing content, or to conduct unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or attempts to bypass model safety measures. We may restrict clearly abusive requests.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights in lawful input that you provide. Rights in output are subject to the terms of the selected model provider and applicable law. The OFR AI interface, code, brand, and documentation belong to its operator or licensors.
8. Availability and liability
Third-party models may undergo maintenance, impose rate limits, or be discontinued. We take reasonable steps to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the amount paid for the relevant order.
